Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping
Shipping fees and associated taxes will be calculated at checkout. Shipping only available within Canada. Beer shipping restrictions are described below in ‘Beer Delivery Orders’.
Returns
You can request a return or refund of eligible merchandise items within thirty (30) days of purchase by emailing your receipt or proof of purchase to support@coldroomshop.ca. Please note, items must be in their original packaging with tags intact, and in the same condition that you received them.
Returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Return Shipping Fees may apply and are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, we will issue you instructions for the return. Returns received that did not receive prior approval will not be processed. Once approved item(s) are received back to our warehouse, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. This can take up to five (5) business days to appear in your account. Any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements above will be rejected and the item(s) will not be returned.
Exchanges
Cold Room Shop only replaces or refunds items that were damaged or defective upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below regarding Damaged Items. If you would like a different size, please follow the return process above to request a refund for the original item and place a new order for a replacement item.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please email your original receipt along with a photograph of the damaged item and a written description of the damage to support@coldroomshop.ca within five (5) business days of receiving your order and our team will assist you.
Beer Delivery Orders
Please note, all beer orders are final sale. By submitting an order, you represent yourself as being of legal drinking age in Ontario.
Beer delivery is currently only available within 25km of our Guelph, Ontario warehouse, located at 551 Clair Rd West, Guelph, Ontario, N1L 1E9. The driver will meet the customer in the driveway or in front of the address provided. Someone 19+ with valid ID must be at the recorded delivery address to receive the order at the time of delivery. If the person receiving the delivery does not present a valid ID proving they are at least 19 years of age, delivery will not be made, and the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Beer delivery orders must be placed by 2pm ET Wednesday through Sunday for same-day service for deliveries scheduled between 2pm and 6pm ET. Orders placed outside of these hours fall to the next delivery day. Holidays can impact this schedule.
Beer will only be delivered to the recipient’s place of residence, which must be an indoor place to which the public is not ordinarily invited or permitted access. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain and maintain any authorizations it may require to serve or sell the beer it is purchasing through this site.

This Shipping & Return Policy, along with the Terms and Conditions of our website Cold Room Shop, and our Privacy Policy, combined constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Sleeman regarding your use of the Cold Room Shop.
